Comedy Works Merch Return & Refund Policy for Online Sales
30-Day Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund if there is an issue with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us (including a photo of your item/s) within 30 days at info@comedyworks.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. The Comedy Works team will review and verify your claim. If verified, we’ll work with our print partner to resolve the issue quickly — either by sending you a replacement at no cost or issuing a refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because our products are made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size, color choice, or buyer's remorse
- Sale items or gift cards
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not process exchanges. If your order qualifies for a replacement (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll send a new one at no cost. Otherwise, a new order must be placed.
Refunds
Approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

EU Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused and in original packaging and include proof of purchase.
