Shipping policy
Order Processing
All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
- United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10–30 business days depending on location and carrier
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available for some products. Availability will vary depending on the product and shipping destination.
Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Wrong Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with our print partner to investigate and issue a replacement when possible. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Comedy Works cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement. If you believe your order was stolen after delivery, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
